We are doing this tour together with the professional SUP guides from Twenty Knots. You meet your guide at the paddling center where you will start out with an introduction to SUP. This includes how to get on and off the board, handling the boards and the paddle, paddling technique and turning. Safety on water is also discussed. Then we will do a SUP tour around the areas near the paddling center. The tour is finished with some relaxation and streching on the SUP boards.

Requirements:
No previous experience of SUP is necessary. The SUP boards that are used on the tour are easy and stable, well-suited also for beginners.
